1. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DOES FUN THINGS COLLECT?
Information we collect can be broken down into two primary categories: “Personal” and “Non-Personal”.
Personal Information: “Personal information” refers to information that can specifically identify YOU individually or be reasonably used to do so. Such information could be sensitive in nature, such as bank account or home location, or non-sensitive, such as name, date of birth, email address or telephone.

From the initial inception of the very idea of Fun Things, it has always been our vision to continually provide YOU with a fantastic application and associated level of service, one that benefits you on many levels. To do so, we need to understand our current and potential audience at a very granular level. Basically, we need to know what you like so that we can give you exactly that.
We will use this information as needed to respond to customer service inquiries, conduct market research, explore advertising possibilities, administer your user account and continue to improve the overall product and Fun Things experience. After all, we’re not about us – we’re about YOU!

• Operate, maintain and improve Fun Things in all its forms and services;
• Respond to questions and otherwise communicate directly with you;

3. HOW DOES FUN THINGS COLLECT USER INFORMATION?
There are a number of different ways in which we collect information from our users. These will primarily be through our mobile app “FunThings” and our webApp/Site www.funthingsapp.com, the Fun Things application on a table or smartphone device, or through direct communication such as filling out a registration form.
Mobile App and WebApp/Site Analytics & Online Behavioral Advertising: We may also at times automatically collect information when you visit or use our properties about your usage patterns, such as the device and browser you use, the times of usage and length of usage, among other usage metrics. We will also analyze other ways you utilize Fun Things, including the types of offerings and/or businesses that you interact with and how you interact with them. This is all common practice and is used to better understand your preferences so we can continually match our service delivery with your expectations, wants and needs. You may opt-out of being targeted by certain Third-Party Ad-Servers online using the National Advertising Initiative’s Opt-Out Tool, or on TRUSTe’s App/Site.
Cookies & Similar technologies: Most of our information will be collected via digital “cookies”, which are pieces of information stored on your local devices. These cookies allow us to track your usage and personalize your Fun Things experience according to past usage behavior patterns. You may alter your individual browser settings to choose to block or erase cookies as you see fit.
We also use tags, web beacons, local shared objects, files, tools and programs to keep records, store your preferences, improve our advertising, and collect Non-Identifying Information, including Device Data and your interaction with the App/Site and our Business Partners’ web App/Sites.
When you access these pages or open email messages, we use Pixel Tags and Web Beacons to generate a notice of that action to us, or our Vendors. These tools allow us to measure response to our communications and improve the App/Site’ pages and promotions.
Location Data: We may also use geographic technologies to track actual locations of our users so that we are sure to provide them with locally relevant offerings. With your consent, we may capture and record certain geo-location or global positioning data in order to provide location-related functionality. We may link such location data to other information that you provide to us.
We also may use information about you collected from third parties to further enhance the Fun Things experience and provide you with quality, relevant offerings.
4. DOES FUN THINGS SHARE THIS INFORMATION?

Online Reviews and Testimonials: Reviews of businesses or establishments you publish or contribute to Fun Things may be shared with the general public.
Business Acquisition/Change of Ownership: In the event that all or part of Fun Things is sold to another party or entity in the future, personal information in the possession of Fun Things at that time may be made available to the purchasing entity.
Law Enforcement: We reserve the right to release information to legal authorities as requested or as perceived necessary to comply with laws, regulations and policies at all levels of governance. We also may contact authorities if we have reason to believe you have violated any laws, threaten the safety and well-being of others or pose an otherwise security risk. We will further comply with legal authorities regarding any investigation and will release or make available public information as required.
Other Service Providers: Fun Things will frequently cooperate with other service providers in order to provide its full array of benefits to our client and user base. Personal information will be made available to these service providers only to the extent that it is required and that you give us permission to do so. An example of this is the integration of Fun Things with social media service providers Facebook and Twitter. The use of your information by these other service providers is solely regulated according to their own governance and privacy policies. While we hope that they will treat it with the same level of safety, security and privacy that we do, by using Fun Things you acknowledge that we are ultimately not responsible for how they use this information. You agree to share your information with them at your own sole discretion.
5. HOW IS FUN THINGS INFORMATION SECURED
We use organizational, technical and administrative means intended to protect stored and transmitted information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure, and we seek to encrypt credit card numbers from e-commerce transactions conducted on our Properties using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
We will do our utmost best to keep all personal information secured at all times. However, there is always a risk of security breach in today’s world and, despite all efforts, we do not claim that such an event can or will never occur with our data.
6. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
By agreeing to use Fun Things, no matter by app, website or other method, you agree that all data you submitted upon profile creation may be made available to Fun Things and its other associated service providers upon our discretion. This does not indicate that we will make this data available, only that we have the option to do so at our choosing. If you do not agree with this position, then please do not use Fun Things.
7. SOCIAL NETWORKS
Connecting through Social Networks: Fun Things offers users the opportunity to share their Fun Things experiences with friends on selected social networks. If you are logged into both Fun Things and a social network that is already connected with the App/Site, we will connect your social network account with your Fun Things account. If you attempt to connect with a social media service but are not logged into such service, we will prompt you to do so.
8. YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a Nevada resident, you may have the right to request and receive certain information about a company’s disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing use, and your choices with respect to such disclosures. Because we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing use unless you are first given the opportunity to opt in or out, we are exempt from this requirement. 9. ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information will be kept for as long as your account is considered to be active or as otherwise needed to provide you with a record of any past transactions. If you have created an online account and would like to update the personal information you have provided to us, you can access your account on the applicable webApp/Site to view and make changes or corrections to your personal information. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
10. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Fun Things is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If you are younger than 13, please do not use our Properties and please do not provide your personal information to us. By using Fun Things, you represent that you are at least eighteen years old and understand that you must be at least eighteen years old in order to create an account and purchase the goods or services advertised through the App/Site.
